Town Council Chambers
Town Council Chambers is located at 114 West Church Street, Nashville, NC. Town Council Chambers is available for use of town-related business on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the exception of local government agencies that have priority over all other requests. Scheduling of all requests, including governmental usage, must be arranged by submitting a reservation request online or by contacting the Town Clerk via email.
1st priority:
Shall be given to the Nashville Town Council
2nd priority:
Shall be given to Boards and Commissions appointed by the Nashville Town Council
3rd priority:
Shall be given to departments of the Town of Nashville and their affiliate groups
4th priority:
Shall be given to other local governments or state agencies
If all the above priorities have been met, non-profit organizations with Town-related business sponsored by a department of the Town may use Council Chambers for educational, business, or professional meetings. Other groups and private individuals may use the facility only when given permission. The Town of Nashville reserves the right to withhold approval of usage of Council Chambers if it is determined by the Town Manager that it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
The Town of Nashville is in no way liable for personal injury or property damage that occurs while a person or group is using the Town Council Chambers.
By submitting the form below, you are hereby certifying that you are the authorized and responsible representative of the sponsoring department or the petitioning group; that the statements below are true to the best of your knowledge; that you have received and read a copy of the rules and regulations governing the use of the Nashville Town Council Chambers and that the group will comply with the regulations and policies governing the use of this facility.
