Pay your Bill

The Town of Nashville accepts online debit card and credit card payments for the following services:

• Utilities
• Personal & Business Property Tax (listed on portal as Personal Property Tax)
• Motor Vehicle Gap Tax
• Noxious Growth
• Cemetery Upkeep
• Sewer Surcharge
• Permits
• Code Violations

To make an online payment, you must know your account number, pin, which are both listed under the 'Account Information' portion directly above the address, and the amount you wish to pay.

Please note: The new online payment portal is provided to our Town by a third party vendor. The third party vendor charges a small non-refundable service fee for credit card payments. The service fee varies upon payment type and credit card provider.

Access the Online Payment Portal to pay your Nashville utility bill. There is also a second portal to pay property taxes online.

Automatic bank draft is a convenient way to pay your utility bills. Utility payments are drafted around the 15th of every month.

To participate, customers must complete the Automatic Bank Draft Form and return it to the Finance Department along with a void check or mail it to 499 South Barnes Street, Nashville NC 27856.

Automatic bank draft is not available for property tax payments.

Payments can be made at Town Hall located at 499 South Barnes Street. Town Hall is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash, checks, money orders, credit card, and debit card payments are accepted. There is a drop box located between the Town Hall and the Police Department that is available 24 hours.
