New Development

The Town of Nashville is experiencing it's most growth since 2008. Zoning Permits have been issued for 65 residential units and this coupled with new commercial buildings show that the Town of Nashville is a desired place to live and operate a business. Please review some information on the latest developments that have taken place in our town.

Sheetz, 100 East Evans Drive

This 6,312 square foot store is located at the Nash Crossing Subdivision just off of US 64. The business was completed in the spring of 2017.

Zaxby’s, 101 East Evans Drive

The 3,587 square foot restaurant began serving it's famous chicken in the Fall of 2016. This business is also located in the Nash Crossing Subdivision.

Domino’s, 242 N. Eastpointe Avenue

This national chain opened a new location in Nashville in the summer of 2017. The new building is approximately 3,587 square feet with a drive thru and in-door seating!

Courthouse Addition, 234 W. Washington Street

Our downtown is experiencing substantial construction and it will only add to the charm of this area. The courthouse expansion is approximately 17,230 square feet and is expected to be completed in the the fall of 2018.

Burger King, 104 East Evans Drive

The 3,483 square foot restaurant is scheduled to be open in the summer of 2018.
