Sourdough Bread Making Level 2

If you already know how to make sourdough bread or you've taken our beginner's sourdough class, check out our level 2 class! If you are looking to add flavors like cheddar, jalapeno, cinnamon sugar swirl, chocolate chips, everything bagel & more then this is the class for you!

We will discuss making rolls and baking in bulk. Each student will bring the inclusion ingredient they'd like to use or choose from everything bagel, cinnamon sugar or cheddar. Students will make and take home their loaf (of rolls) to bake that night or the next day after work.

During class you will receive hands-on instruction and guidance from the instructor. You will learn how to maintain a healthy starter, bake multiple loaves at a time and how to best freeze and store your breads.

Cup Full Coffee & Bakery will provide hot coffee and fresh Plain, Cheddar and Cinnamon Brown Sugar sourdough for you to try!

Please bring:

Large mixing bowl
Dish towel
Small jar (to take starter home in)
Paper and pen/pencil

Cost: $49 Residents, $69 Non-residents, $39 Youth (12 years and younger)
