- Utility bills go out the first working day of each month and are due by the 20th of each month. Penalties are assessed starting the 21stof each month and customers who have not paid by the 28th of each month will have their water service cut off.

- Payments can also be made through unauthorized locations such as Wal-Mart and Food Lion.
