PART TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER

 The Town of Nashville is seeking an individual to fill the position of a part time Maintenance Worker. This position performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor ad heavy janitorial tasks, and other duties as required within the Streets Division of the Public Works Department. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to preparing cleans storm drains and catch basins; mows; trims; and landscapes are variety of public grounds; performs building maintenance activities including cleaning, replacing, light bulbs, changing filters; and performs other related duties as required. Special Requirements: Ability to read and write and some maintenance or outdoor work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of valid North Carolina Drivers License. This position works an average of 20 hours per week.
