The Public is hereby notified  of a Special Called Meeting of the Nashville Town Council on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM in Town Council Chambers, 114 W. Church Street, Nashville, NC. This meeting will be held for the purpose of a Public Hearing to determine if a condition that exists is  dangerous or prejudicial to the public health or public safety.  Strict rules of evidence shall be applied to this hearing and all witnesses shall be sworn.  The public is invited to attend.  Posted by:  Lou C. The Purchasing Department produces all needed supplies for the Town. Purchasing is handled by Yvette Hinton and managed the Finance Director. The department reviews all contracts for compliance with laws and rules.


All vendors must complete the   Vendor/Supplier Information Forms   before payment is sent.
