The Public is hereby notified  of a Special Called Meeting of the Nashville Town Council on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM in Town Council Chambers, 114 W. Church Street, Nashville, NC. This meeting will be held for the purpose of a Public Hearing to determine if a condition that exists is  dangerous or prejudicial to the public health or public safety.  Strict rules of evidence shall be applied to this hearing and all witnesses shall be sworn.  The public is invited to attend.  Posted by:  Lou C. Town Manager

The Office of the Town Manager is located in Nashville Town Hall at 499 South Barnes Street.  The Town of Nashville is a  Council-Manager form of government.  The Town Manager is chosen by Town Council. The manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.  The manager is responsible for all municipal functions placed in his charge. The manager carries out  policies set  by Council.

The Office of the Town Clerk is located in Nashville Town Hall at 499 South Barnes Street.  The Town Clerk is responsible for giving notice of Council meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meetings. The clerk serves as custodian of all permanent town records, and keeps the Town Seal. The clerk attest all Town documents, and maintains the Town Ordinances.

Originally growing up in Farmville, North Carolina. Trey went on to attended North Carolina State University where he earned his BA in Psychology in 2008. He graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. He was admitted to the bar in 2014.

Trey began at Fields & Cooper, PLLC in November of 2014. The Town Attorney is appointed by the Nashville Town Council.
