The Cook Road Site is a multi-acre site is approximately less than five minutes from Interstate 495/US Highway 64 via two interchanges.  Being located on the western side of Nashville allows the opportunity for direct connections to and from the Raleigh/Triangle region.

Pleasant Grove Industrial Park
The Pleasant Grove Industrial Park is a privately owned and operated park that has sites for sale and/or the ability to for construction to suit any industry through lease option.  It is located a minute from Exit 458 of Interstate 495/US Highway 64 and provides the more traditional industrial sites with the availability of multiple points of ingress.
