PUBLIC NOTICE - A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 26th at 7:00 pm in Town Council Chambers to receive public comments on the Street and Special Events Permit Application for the Children's Christmas Parade sponsored by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.  The permit is requested for Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 2:30 pm until 6:00 pm and will impact traffic on W. Washington Street from Barnes Street to Alston Street.

At the August 7, 2018 Regular Town Council Meeting, the Town of Nashville Town Council declared certain personal property surplus and authorized for disposal by electronic auction.  From October 1, 2018 – October 12, 2018, surplus vehicles, equipment, and supplies will be sold via GovDeals, an online auction service provider, at Registration is required in order to bid and items are sold “as is, where is.” The acceptable methods of payment are cash, money order, and cashier’s check. The Town of Nashville Launches New Website

The Town of Nashville is proud to announce the launch of its new website on March 30, 2018. This has been an endeavor long pursued by town staff with the support of Town Council and the Town of Nashville community. We are pleased to provide updated content and functionality with this website that was not available with our previous website. New offerings include the ability for interested parties to complete job applications online,  event calendars, business directory, facility directory, service directory, staff directory, e-notifications,  FAQ's, customization for forms and surveys,  online polls, photo albums, RFP posts, RSS feeds, service requests,  and social media components. 

Our citizens can expect a website that is regularly monitored and updated with fresh content that can be relied upon for its accuracy and transparency. We hope that each of you are satisfied with the new product and will continue to utilize this website in the future for updates on all activities occurring in the Town of Nashville.
